bumptop pile widget menu
i saw a youtube video where piles have a nice widget menu. What happend with this ? i cant see it in the newer versions.

Inappropriate?We've refined, tweaked and sometimes removed techniques in the initial prototype video based on user feedback and redesign. The Pile widgets actually had a number of usability problems (would get in the way when you're try to click on things behind them, confusing auto-hide rules, etc). So we simplified them by rolling them into the LassoMenu. The Menu could be improved by some of the nice icons in the original though, I agree.
And we do want to know about the stuff you miss though, if there's enough demand there is always the chance to bring it back in at some future date. You can vote for feature sand suggest your own here:
