Cannot show BumpTop from TrayIcon, lose XP Desktop control.

Unable to get BumpTop to load on my machine, I can see the tray icon, and when I click Show BumptTop, nothing happens, and I lose control of my existing windows xp desktop.

I have UltraMon multi-monitor manager, and the HP display assistant. I am running an ATI 512 meg dual DVI out video card.

Inappropriate?
