How do I get preview icons from PPT, PDF and DOC formats?
I notice that some people have PDF files which show image previews of the content. My installation of bumptop doesn't do this and I can't find a setting anywhere to change it.
Anyone know what I need to do to enable this?

Inappropriate? In my case seems to be a windows (vista) problem, since it doesn't appear in windows explorer either.
I’m frustrated
-
Inappropriate?you just have to have vista, and office 2007 (or openoffice.org) and when you hit "save as", just check the box that says "save thumbnail". that's it!
I’m sad that vista's expensive

Inappropriate?so is it not possible at all to show thumbnail previews with xp?
-
Inappropriate? So it would seem. BTW, I have XP Pro as well as office 2007. Unfortunately, I don't have any intent to upgrade to Vista anytime soon. Shame, as without this functionality, it seems much less useful to me.

Inappropriate?Previews of PDFs and AVIs *used to* work in Windows XP under BumpTop. I'm sad to see them gone. It's not as useful without it, I agree.

Inappropriate?So, no previews in XP?
