Yeah! Im very surprised and very very happy.Today i became an part of bumptop private beta.On my celeron and Ati card it run very smoothly.Still no error occured so im happy.Thx to bumptop team.I will send feedback soon

i signed up for the mailing list when i saw the TED presentation. Then i forgot about bumptop...till today when i was handling a lot on files on my desktop. I usually have a clean desktop, and i love program launchers like RocketDock, Enso, Launchy. But i'd really like to see how stacks and 'pins on the wall' change my habits.

I hope to get invited soon.

I just saw the video on youtube. It looks amazing! It seems to be very intuitive and seems to be well designed to work and fit to your brain's natural function. However I will not completely know until I try it for real. I hope I can soon :)

I registered about 1 year ago and for about 5-6 months no messages on the matter.

I joined up at the LA Wired NextFest over 1yr ago and still no luck for an email. I think they need to work on their customer service a little more. If you piss off the people who will buy it before it even comes out then you are not going to have many sales.

I'm patient, but it also have to be any day i can get joy of this. I have waited about 4 months now, and still no result after the signup. :(

I also check my inbox every day (no spam filter enabled).

I can say I was one of the first to apply after that TED conference.
I see so many people providing feedbacks. But why haven't I got the invite?
Is there any specific reason?

Well.... email the bumptop team here feedback@bumptop.com or sign up for the beta test at bumptop.com and when you get the invite download it and install it. then look at the video either here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M0ODsk... or at the TED video here bumptop.com. you will see alot of diffirent things like i was searching for the tool that lets you "ruffle" through the files.. i didnt find it. many "Tidy Pile" options are gone and alot more ,but you have to think. its still a beta and has a lot of work on it . so i hope in the final end, everything will be as seen in the prototype videos. just as i hoped when i first saw it =)

i just signed up yesterday and i've been checking my email every five minutes. I Think that this will be the next great innovation, something that apple would have made. This is truly groundbreaking. But when I read your guys comments, I don't know if its worth waiting 15 months. But I'll still check it every day.

Betas are about helping the company solve issues and make the program better. It sounds like a lot of people just want it because it looks cool and they want to have it to show off.

I just signed up today and when I read this comments it makes me feel "do I have to wait this long????" so while i was waiting i downloaded the program called real desktop
its somehow like bumptop but less featured

well real desktop has two options pay or dont pay .. if you pay the 30 dollars you can cuztomize it ... 30 dollars to cuztomize a desktop pfff ya right plus bumptop is a beta.. there is a lot more to come so just wait for it =)

I WAS REALLY excited to try this software. Been reading all your comment and it bumped me out...cuz somehow it just seems like TOO MUCH a wait. I LOVE customizing my pc and trying new apps...and i saw this one looked over for the download...and never found anything until i realized I had to sign up! Then I started the wait and after a day...it just made me wonder why i had no reply yet. Then i read this blog and realized i was probably in for a LONGER WAIT than the one I thought :(... I tried the "Real Desktop" app, but it seems NO WHERE as good as this one. The BIGGEST downer there was the gallery, and the tidy options BumpTop has. I guess i was just a mile away from total excitement and didn't even realized it xD. I'll just get to be more patient i guess, but i don't really think that should be necessary. I wonder why there isn't a download option in their main site so others don't have to wait AS LONG, and that way, the BumpTop project could grow to unscalable heights! I work as a graphic designer, know my 3D and my animation pretty well and could probably help some if it was publicly available. Too darn bad it's not...

Well, I signed up maybe a year ago on my old e-mail account about a year ago, and even today; there's no message. I signed up on my new e-mail address about two months ago and still nothing. Bumptop seems cool, but it makes me frustrated most of the time.

not that i wanna betray the thought of getting to try it...but i think i'll just go for the Real Desktop for the mean time...haven't really decided cuz it doesn't look or feel HALF as good as Bumptop looks like...

Hi, a friend told me of your great program i got very excited when i saw a video and couldnt wait to get mine. We were wondering if the beta would work on a windows xp with 1.5g ram. Lol I tried out bumptop when they first started out and i was amazed, and i put my name on the beta mailing list. It was so long ago I didn't even remember what bumptop was and almost deleted the mail, then realized i was chosen to be a beta tester. What I'm saying is, when you see something cool, or you think it'll be really cool in the future, sign up for beta, never know how luck you'll get!

i have been waiting 2 or more years for this program and i emailed them like 100 times im even a programer for Microsoft still no beta invite for me.........

I've got it, and I sincerely hope it works with my Windows 7 beta. I'm about to switch over to that partition, keep your fingers crossed!

I signed up for Windows, then I realized there's a separate invite for Mac. Then I waited and I came across it again and forgot that it's private beta and signed up.
