I signed up on your website - Now where's my invite code?!?

We're always adding participants to our private beta. We're looking for people who are willing to report bugs, provide useful feedback, and who are willing to work with us over email to resolve problems/get more information about problems you encounter.

As a result, signing up for the beta does not necessarily mean you will receive an invite. Again, we are selecting users to help us test BumpTop, based on their willingness to respond with meaningful and useful feedback, their willingness to help us resolve problems when they encounter them, as well as hardware/system specifications. Our beta program is in place to ensure that we identify problematic configurations and get accurate feedback on BumpTop's performance.

Once you've signed up, please email us at feedback@bumptop.com with the following information:

a) Your full dxdiag.txt file, attached, from ALL systems you plan to test BumpTop on. We need CPU, RAM, OS, and video card driver and model from dxdiag.
(To send us this file, go to Start, Run, dxdiag, and click Save All Information)

b) A short paragraph about why you want to test BumpTop. Include some demonstration of your willingness to help us fix problems.

Beta testers are requested to download and try the latest builds when available, and regularly participate in threads about the builds, where you can write a short review, and comment on the fixes that have been made, what other fixes you'd still like to see, etc..

We get tons of emails every day, so emails sent to feedback@bumptop.com that do not include this information may or not receive a reply. We try to get back to everyone, but please try to include the information in your first email so we can get back to you as quickly as possible.

Please note:
a) We do not currently have BumpTop available for Mac or Linux.
b) We are not looking for more testers in virtualization environments like VMware or Parallels.
c) The biggest determinant to performance is your graphics card. Having a quad core processor will not deliver good performance unless you have the appropriate/updated graphics card drivers installed.
