Idea for the pie menu
I noticed one thing when I watched the video again. The pie menu was kinda full of stuff.
Then I thought about this:
What if the pie menu had a sub-menus? So when you hover above an item, a sub-menu appears. If anyone has played Sims and remembers how the menu works there, that's what I mean.

We actually simplified the menu from the original video on purpose. It previously had too many options, people weren't noticing half of the stuff they could do. Thats why we simplified and moved as much of the functionality that was non-essential to the "More..." menu.
Sub menus could work but then you lose the nice ability to quickly gesture. In a sense, the "More..." menu is a sub menu.
