Isolated pin in the floor
Here's an interesting visual glitch: there's a pin in the centre of my desktop, linked to nothing, not selectable and it doesn't go away on view changes/collisions.
I created it by 'Folderising' the My Docs pile, pinning it to the wall, and while it was on the wall, pressing Ctr-E to make it a pile, the now pile fell of the wall (as expected) and when I moved it a little (was slightly embedded in the wall) I found this pin in the floor. Is this me or a bug?

after trying to make this happen. just simply break the pile and it will go away

first: reload bumptop by exiting and reopening or rebooting
next: if the pin is still there check other walls for pined items;
double click the bottom wall and see if any thing is pinned really high (repeat for other walls) if there is something pinned high. move it down
next: if pin is still there try resetting all icons position;
right click in bumptop and click settings. and in the general tab click "Reset BumpTop Layout" pin should be gone
last: if pin is still there remove/reinstall bumtop.

Inappropriate?I take it you were capable of replicating this bug.
Secondly, only the reset all icons option worked (the re-install was not tested). Note here that breaking the pile was not an option as it would then [attempt] to move the entirety of my documents onto the desktop, causing issues with programmes
Please get this one fixed, it's rather troublesome :P
