Light Switch on desktop...
Well with boradening the whole room concept, wont it be cool to just click a switch like thing to turn the "light" off insede the room. WHich just dimms the background alot and then only the switch is glowing. So that when you return to your pc you flip it on or have a gesture to turn it on.

Inappropriate?This sounds like a great tool to help you pick out icons on a busy background. It wouldn't be too tough to implement it as a setting that displayed the background images at a higher gamma.
