Many ideas for future versions
Ideas at random:
-integrated video support (as already posted on the forum, www.gomlabs.com has a nice free player that plays everything, maybe it could be integrated)
-integrated audio support
-3d objects (like: desk, stereo, tv, noteblock, doors, windows, stairs, furniture) a default set may be included, but it is advisable that a standard format be chosen for user created content (like the dxf, dxg, 3ds, or whatever)
objects may also work, like the stereo and tv (stereo could be a media player, tv could be an news aggregator or a video player), or the door may be the "shutdown menu" trigger, or the window may display the outside weather
-different styles of illumination (optionally following time of day, and customizable)
illumination may also be carried out by objects, so if 3d objects are added, a class may be the lamp type
-desktop bigger then screen like in strategy games: you move your mouse/pointer to the edge and the view moves too
-following the one above, different rooms with different styles, maybe with a corner navigator
meaning instead of free moving, something like a linux 4-desk setup with each room customizable with forniture and theme and lighting, and a little navigator tucked in a corner to switch between rooms
i think i've emptied my basket for now
this a nice little app!

Inappropriate?I thought of another thing.
BumpTop deserves its own file explorer.
At least for the "my computer" view.
Something like a drawer?
A box that opens up showing all the units in the computer?
Something different from the default "my computer" icon.
Also a question: i saw a video with a thumb drive falling on the floor of BumpTop. I tried but nothing falls on my desktop. Is this a PRO feature or what?
