mess on "normal" desktop - connection do drive folders without desktop

Is there a way to add like directories from your C or D drive to Bump top, without it actually putting everything on my Windows desktop? It's nice to get organized within Bump top, but sometimes you would like to go back to your "normal" desktop and it is a totall mess out there. There are things I would like to see in bumptop, but not on my "normal" desktop.
