Inappropriate?Stonez - Please email us at feedback@bumptop.com. Go to Start, Run, dxdiag, and click "Save All Information". Email us the text file so we can see what OS/service pack you're running, what video card you're using, and the exact driver version. I'll follow up with you about this...
If you're seeing this problem in Windows 7 - be advised that the inbox drivers in Win7 7000 aren't exposing all the necessary functionality. Make sure you're running the latest drivers available on Windows Update - should be nVidia WDM v1.1 beta drivers. Once again - email us (feedback@bumptop.com) the same dxdiag information and we can go from there.
Talk to you both soon! -
Inappropriate?Hi Justin, I sent a .txt file with all the required information as you asked. I am running on XP. Hope to hear from you soon with some solutions. Thank you for your help.
I’m thankful

Inappropriate?I've had this same problem on Win 7, but win 7 is beta still so I didn't really pay attention to it. I'm guessing it's a video driver, like Justin said.
You're using Windows XP, so I'd suggest ensuring you have the latest graphics drivers. :) Can solve many a problem.
