No icon names under the icons/ no text in the menus
I'm running Windows Xp SP3 and there are no icon names under the files, only little gray blobs. I checked "Show icon names" in the settings, but still nothing.
And there is no text on the round menus too.

Inappropriate?I'm having a similar problem. It seems that all my internet shortcuts have no descriptions or text. When I open a pile of Internet Icons, all I see is a pack of IE icons. I don't have a clue what's what. Also, certain Internet Shortcut Icons import an icon from the associated website. Those icons are not rendered in BumpTop. I'm running XP Pro SP3 as well.

Inappropriate?Same prob. I have a laptop, Windows XP Home SP3 (x86).
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce 8600M GT - tried loads of different drivers, even without drivers, still no text visible.

I just deleted Comic Sans, Arial and Arial black fonts from Control Panel - Fonts
And then downloaded this

and installed the ones I deleted.

Inappropriate?I also had this problem but have now resolved it thanks to miniant.
I belive the problem was caused by the left for dead installer (i noticed you have this game also miniant) the game modifies the location of the arial font and replaces it with a shourtcut. by removing the shourtcut and reinstalling arial the problem was resolved.
