Order of items in piles reverses each time Bump Top is restarted.
I've noticed this problem since some of the very early versions, and reported it before, but it still seems to be present.
I like to sort the contents of my piles by name, but every time I close BumpTop, the order of any alphabetically sorted pile is reversed next time the program is run. It will continue to stay in reverse alphabetical order, even if restarted again at that point. The only way to change this is to once again tell it to sort by name, but then it just reverses again on the next start up.

I didn't mean to imply that the problem was solved previously. This issue has been present for me since I started beta testing back in... September? I don't really remember the exact month.
I just meant to say that I reported it several months ago.
