Picking things up with the scroll wheel.

I've noticed that the design has changed from being able to push things around with an icon you've grabbed to having it lift the folder over the other stuff. I'm betting that this behavior is preferable to having all your stacks scattered when you try to move stuff across the desktop.

I want to suggest that things can be "picked up" different distances by clicking with the scroll wheel and rotating it different amounts. In theory, this would also allow users to build shelves on their walls and put icons onto the shelves.
