Inappropriate? If you hit F1, what build number does it say you're running?
Can you try updating to the latest build, using this installer?

Hi Ed,
Do you have the latest drivers for your video card? Other people have reported that updating their drivers often helps with this texture artifact issue. -
Inappropriate?I looked at the video drivers and all were up to date. My computer is only 5 months old.
I’m wodnering if this can be fixed.
-
Inappropriate? What's your video card model? Can you post your dxdiag video card info here? The dxdiag info is in C: Program Files/bumptop/dxdiag
I’m happy to help
-
Inappropriate?OK, I hope that I'm answering this correctly: Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family.
C: Program Files/bumptop/dxdiag does not exist on my machine.
I’m still wondering.
-
Inappropriate? This is embarrassing. It's in C: Documents & Settings/username/Bump Technologies, Inc/bumptop/dxdiag. (username is your computer username.) (dxdiag is the file you're looking for.)
I’m embarrassed

Inappropriate?Hi Ed,
If you continue to see this problem with the latest build, the problem is likely related to the Intel video drivers and OpenGL support.
Does restarting BumpTop (after resume from standby) fix the problem?
We'll be looking into ways to fix this in an update - have BumpTop flush out all textures and reload on resume from standby - we're also working on a rendering engine change to DirectX as well, which might improve reliability in the future. -
Inappropriate?Same problem here..
-
Inappropriate?I noticed a problem for starters :
Current Mode: 1920 x 1200 (32 bit) (60Hz)
Monitor: Plug and Play Monitor
Monitor Max Res: 1600,1200
But I don't think it matters here. -
Inappropriate?thanks Jon, I noticed that too. I think that the monitor actually has 1920 X 1200, because there is noticable difference when I select 1600X1200. I also don't have this issue with any other program and the issue is only after a suspend.
I’m begining to think this cannot be solved.
-
Inappropriate?are either of you running GMABooster or any other intel GMA bases software accelerators?
-
It would have been something you installed on purpose. -
Inappropriate? Then the anser is no. :)
-
Inappropriate? Here is an interesting development. I just came back from suspend. One picture frame is pixelated. Another is not.
I’m puzzled.
-
Inappropriate? It's been months and no one can fix my problem.
I’m getting ready to uninstall bumptop.
-
Inappropriate?I think that I forgot to answer Justin's last question. Yes, restarting Bump Top after a suspend (with no computer restart) fixes the problem.
-
Okay - the problem is related to video drivers. Can you ensure you're running the latest Intel video drivers? Do the ones on our drivers page work/fix the problem? -
We're in the process of a major rendering engine rewrite to DirectX which should hopefully fix this problem - but until then, updating video drivers usually fixes this problem. We've seen this with Intel integrated graphics driver chipsets, and the latest driver has resolved this in our tests. -
Inappropriate?I just installed the latest version. After a suspend, everything is still pixelated.
I’m uninstalling again.
