Pro Key Authorization Failing

I was granted access to the beta and received an invite code. When I accessed the link provided to me in my email I was taken to a page which had the pro key displayed. I attempted to use that pro key to upgrade (had to use the ‘manual’ button) and was redirected to a page that asked me to copy and paste the entire data string which I did. I received a message saying authorization failed.

Not sure if I am doing something wrong, could you please advise?
