RightMouse Button Crash

When I right mouse click on on a context menu BumpTop just turns off without any error message or whatever.

This happens on selecting the more button from that circle (what do you call it?).

But my observations are different. Either:
1. It gives the not found BTShExt.dll error.
2. Hangs for some time (not responding on task manager) and then just goes away (Bumptop is still running). And then I'll again have to rightclick and select more.
3. Just crashes without showing the context menu.
