Some Bumptop Widgets are ready for download.
Hello all,
I have put a few of our Bumptop Widgets up at: http://widgets.indakind.com
Currently, you will find an Analog Clock, Animated Theme widget, and a Weather widget.
There is a help section on the site that contains a rough overview of how to install the widgets. Make sure you look at this.
Let me know if there any problems with the site. It is slow sometimes so you might need to refresh the page to continue loading.
Same goes for the downloading, you might need to pause the download and resume to get the whole thing for our big widgets.
If there is anyone interested in making their own widgets let me know.

One thing though I had an error during registration..
I registered with 3 different email in 3 different browsers and same error was displayed everytime:

Í deleted my cookies, did another registration, filled in some random digits in the fax field - no error was returned

Inappropriate?I am confused about the way to get the widget. Why should we put the widgets into the cart and select "Ship Method"? Why couldn't we just click "Download" and download the file...lol I think it's not convient. :,(

Oh I did not mean I want free widgets. I just mean that I want a convenient way to download the widgets.lol I really appreciate your hard working! :D

We have plans of releasing a "Widget's Widget" that will handle the browsing and Downloads of new widgets into Bumptop.
Picture a single widget on your desktop that has previews and info for all the new widgets available for Bumptop. This widget also allows you to browse for more and even Download/Purchase new widgets. Without ever opening up a web browser!
That is the plan but it is a ways away. We still have 2-3 projects ahead of it. -

Inappropriate?You can uninstall the widgets from the Add/Remove Programs part of the control panel. (Just like any other program in windows).
You must quit Bumptop before trying to uninstall any widgets.

It is working perfectly then. It is meant to switch from day to night at 18:00 and from night to day at 06:00. The pro version will calculate out the exact sunrise and sunset times among other features.

then don't call it as free widget because for free u get version where at day it shows moon in window, I don't think that that is perfectly, I would call it a demo version with limited features

It's a pity because I like that widget, great work. -
The Pro version has so many other features and a whole new code base. Therefore the two products are separate from each other. This makes this version a free widget that works as it is intended to work (although it may not be how you would like it to work)

no its only for my personal use, because there is no feature for adding locations, it shows weather only for my current location. I'm not very good in programming, I'm just learning :) made in c#

Inappropriate?We are encouraging others to make as many widgets for Bumptop as possible. If you need any info or help contact me or Matt and we would be happy to help. We are trying to have people start using the actual widget support format built into Bumptop. So that we don't have people dropping all sorts of whatever's on the Desktop.
It just clutters it.

It should pop up an error if the town is not found and if the weather data cannot be found. If it just goes away after you type in your city. It worked.
This version is the last version of W2W. We have dropped the project. We might open up the code for developers. But we have no immediate plans for it right now. -
Inappropriate?None of the widgets I tried here worked for me. They either did not show, their processes crashed, or they stopped me from booting properly.

Inappropriate?This is disgusting. I may aswell have purchased Dreamscape or another desktop personalization and organisation application. Atleast once purchased all widgets are free and there are a HUGE range of widgets, with this app i've seen like 5 useful widgets. The website design is terrible, account activation didnt work for me, animated theme didnt work either as it let me download ONE file before telling me my account is disabled, and also bumptop has zilch features compared to your prototype video, I am VERY disappointed with a $30 app. I dont even usually buy customization programs because I dont think I need them. But this app seemed very useful - though with all the let downs and not even support for pinning icons so you cant bump them. I can honestly say my opinion of this app is that it is a HUGE let down.
