Take notes at the back of icons or previews
As it is possible to fold icons or image previews, wouldn't it be great if we could add notes on the back of it ? So we could directly write things to remember to do with the file such as sending it to someone or what ever goes through your mind.

Inappropriate?I think this is a great Idea, you could also put a little flag on the front of the icon so you remember you wrote a note.
