Tooltip flickers when shown directly over BumpTop painted area.
Whenever I get a regular tool tip, it flickers. It only flickers in the section that BumpTop is shown on screen, when it is directly painted over BumpTop. By default, my task bar is not hidden, so it's very easy to look for a tool tip and notice it flickers.
Take for instance the standard view. Going to check out the date would cause the date tool tip to flicker at a high rate.

Inappropriate?Yep, just noticed the same when I wanted to watch what day it was, so hoovering over the windows systray clock.. -
Inappropriate?For me the systray clock tooltip doesn't flicker, but displays for a brief moment (which you might call a flicker) and disappears completely, so that it's completely broken (need to double click to open the calendar in order to determine what day it is). Other Windows tooltips seem to be working on top of BumpTop.
