Inappropriate?Yes, its been removed. We had too many pile states and it was too confusing. We previously had messy piles, tidy piles, and semi-messy piles. Now we just have piles. Everything is scruffy. We'll think about a good way to make things tidy.
The other option is to set RotationLimitDegrees to 0 in the Settings XML. THis will make everything tidy, unpiled & not.
Unfortunately there is no good listing of current commands, but better documentation & a more current screencast is definitely something we are working on. Watch the Beta HQ for stuff in the coming weeks.

Inappropriate?Could'nt you add something like the "ctrl+scroll=size", just like "something+scroll=adjust tidyness"? So when a pile is selected, you can just hold down alt (or something else) and then scroll, to make it tidy or messy... Or something between... Don't know if that would be impossible, but it would kick ass :-D
