Why aren't piled icons showing?
Hey guys,
Love Bumptop.
When I pile icons the icons go real dark - and when I grid the pile the icons arent even there, just text. See screenshot.
This is the same for all themes and icons.

This seems to be related to a particular file causing BumpTop to stop generating thumbnails.
Can you iteratively remove items from your desktop until the problem goes away? Shut down BumpTop, clear your cache, remove an item, and see if the textures load properly.
If you're able to narrow it down - email us the file or any details and we'll see if there's anything else we can do.
Our next update will include an easier to access logging facility that will allow us to troubleshoot these types of problems easily.1 Comment

To clear your cache, go to Start, Run, %APPDATA%, and go into Bump Technologies Inc.\BumpTop and delete the cache folder.
