Was the October update supposed to break my existing deployments? I haven't changed a thing, and now I'm getting this when I run my deployed app:

Inappropriate?The brief glitch you experienced was due to a failed attempt to upgrade the deploy cluster. We're obviously sorry that you experienced the glitch, but we're glad you let us know about it.
Since that time we have solved the upgrade issue and have successfully migrated everything to our new 2008.4 release.
