.CSV import giving an "Invalid Amount" error...

Whenever I try to upload any .csv files to my account, since sometime last week I think, it just keeps returning "Error: Invalid Amount []". No matter which way I try to format the file, it still gives me that error. I have messed with character encodings and also specifying different columns as "Amount" and making sure that those columns are correctly formatted as numbers, but still, the same error keeps coming up. Very frustrating.
