Budget and other/overall spending

I keep 3 budgets. Work Dining, Leisure related, and Travel expenses.

I do not really care about my overall spending, just what I spend on those three budgets. Unfortunately, the budget screen forces you to consider your overall and other expenses without the ability to exclude certain tags. I think the overall should just reflect the budget tags.
