haven't been able to synchronize my capital one credit card account for about a month and a half

haven't been able to synchronize my capital one credit card account for about a month and a half. i always get the following error: "Sorry, an error occured while communicating with the financial institution." i think buxfer is an excellent application overall, but i can't really use it for my managing my finances because my capitalone credit card is my primary credit card. if i can't synchronize that account, i can't really use buxfer...
can someone please help me with this?
