How can I get Bill Reminders through the API?

Can I get repeating events and bill reminders through the Buxfer API? I'm trying to write a "better" Projections report, taking into account past averages as well as user-entered repeats, and I don't see an API for getting "bill reminders" (which is the main way the current projections report works).
