Inappropriate?I'm pretty frustrated that the Buxfer customer service has been so lacking the past couple weeks. What the heck? At first I liked the idea that Shashank seems like he is personally running everything on his own. But now I'm thinking that he needs to either get some help or I need to find a more reliable service. Are my expectations misguided? Am I wrong in thinking that Buxfer is trying to be a serious company rather than being run as an amateur's hobby?

Inappropriate?I'm with you TimH. This becoming rather annoying that these issues are not being solved. Even more so, no reports that a tech is even looking into the issues and no timetables when these issues will be resolved are being provided.

Maintaining connections to banks is hard work. There are multiple points of failure. We are always trying our best to keep things working, but you need to have some patience if an issue pops up.
