Syncing problems fixed for Chase, WaMu, US Bank
For Chase bank account holders: please use 'Chase - Banking' as the financial institution.
For WaMu customers: Chase is slowly moving over users from wamu.com to chase.com. Try logging into wamu.com and if you have been moved to chase.com you will be presented with an appropriate message. Please use "Chase - Banking" as the financial institution for your account if your online access method has been changed to chase.com.
US Bank customers: Just sync your account again, and things should work fine.
Let us know if there's something that still doesn't work for you!

Inappropriate?US Bank is still not working for me. I can enter my user name and password without a problem, but when I enter the answer to my challenge question, I get the following error message: "Sorry, an error occured while communicating with the financial institution. Please try again later."
Ideas? Thanks for working on this!

Inappropriate?I still get no accounts found. I am a member of jPMorgan Chase. I am out of Indiana and not Texas. I've tried Chase Banking, creditcards and Texas. Still no accounts. Any ideas?

Inappropriate?Ok, I'm really frustrated now. My WaMu accounts still "sync" but don't find any transactions. The last transaction that was imported was from June 8th. !!!!! There is no way for me to use this program if I can't sync with my primary bank!

Inappropriate?I don't think that their tek support even cares. I've not had a response in a week. I am using firebux to sync data, but it doesn't work like it should. I record but it fails every time there after. I've paid for the year, so I'm stuck. I was going to recommend this program on my blog, but now I won't. Try pocketsmith.com, their product works better in some ways. I just liked having the IOU section that buxfer has. If you don't need that, pocketsmith does very well.

Inappropriate?US Bank (credit card) is only partially working for me. Every time I sync it asks me a different security question. It syncs alright as long as I answer the question correctly; however, this means that automatically nightly syncs fail every time because they cannot respond to the question.
