Synchronization problem

My bank balance and my buxfer balance don't match. I have not done anything manually. All I've done is tag transactions downloaded from the bank. If Buxfer can't synch accurately with my bank the I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I can't use this service if it doesn't work. Please someone let me know how to fix this problem or how I can get my money back. I'd prefer to have the problem fixed since I was really looking forward to using this service for budgeting.
