Twitter & SMS balance queries always show absolute amount.

When requesting a budget balance using the "bal" sms or twitter query, the reponse is always given as an absolute value. For example, my "discretionary" budget should be a negative amount because I'm over budget for the month. My "groceries" budget should be a positive amount because I'm under budget for the month. The values always come back as a positive number regardless...this isn't a helpful tool unless you can tell whether you are over or under budget at any given point.
