Unfortunately, right now its not possible to ban a user. This feature could be very useful, and we plan to implement it in the future.
For the time being, you can make the group private so that people will have to request to join.
2. admin can't work alone. at least we can appoint 2-3 other users as group's admin.
We do not allow this functionality at the moment, but we will definitely implement it.
While we work on it, it might make sense to create a meta-level account, and share the account credentials with the admins.
