Portfolio managing isn't just for the big boys anymore.

I was looking at Covestor's website and they have a feature which alows users to track any other user they want. After a while once that user has a healthy following they can take their account "private" in which others would have to pay them a "fee" in order to continue to track their trades. Now I love that idea and even created an account with Covestor but I like the setup of this website much more, it's alot more user friendly. I was wondering if Cake could set up a similar if not identical system?
