Project Code.
I'd like to tryout the source code so I downloaded it from github, but having a bit of a problem trying to get the thing running. I thought I had all the plugins installed but it's still complaining. Maybe I need some older versions of stuff. Is there a doc someplace to speaks to this or am I pretty much on my own.
Have you thought of extracting bit a pieces of your project so people could use those and everyone could help out on smaller areas of the project (like importing meetup.com info and such)?
Anyway the project looks interesting.

Inappropriate?Hi Glenn,
We have a page on the project wiki that covers the various dependencies needed to run Calagator: http://code.google.com/p/calagator/wi...
Let me know if you've looked through that and you're still having trouble.
Re: splitting off chunks people can work on--are you looking to contribute code, design, documentation, calendar gardening...? If you tell me more about your skills and interests, I can try to recommend things to poke at.
For Meetup.com, it looks like they provide iCalendar links for events, so Calagator can import them currently.

There's now also an installation guide for production use on Ubuntu: http://code.google.com/p/calagator/wi...
