CapitalOne Mucked Up My Credit W/Their Mistake-Suckage!
In Feb CapitalOne assessed a $29.75 late fee on my zero balanced credit account. Illegal! Now I noticed they've charged off said account as fee was not paid. So, now my credit is affected and I did nothing wrong. Blog post.
