Carbonite cancels account but tells me it was auto-renewed
Carbonite stopped my backup service and did not notify me. In fact they told me that they had auto renewed my subscription, when it fact they had canceled it. When some of my file got deleted and I tried to restore them was the first time I figured out that there was a problem. The software on the PC did not notify me that there was a problem.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. I went to look up your account and see that we have two folks with your same name in our system in different areas, but based on the autorenewal history I'm pretty sure I'm looking at the right one. It looks like you have two active subscriptions for the same computer. (ie. at one point you reinstalled but started a new subscription instead of reinstalling the existing one).
