strawberry?-yeah!
i just LOVE the strawberry carmex. I have always used carmex because I am allergic to so many things and it works well for me but I never liked the "medicine" smell. Good job on the new smell.

The "mediciny" smell comes from the camphor and menthol that are a part of Carmex's active ingredients. In the strawberry, cherry and mint versions these ingredients are less noticeable. Inappropriate?I love love LOVE the tubes of strawberry Carmex!!!! Finally a long lasting lip mosturizer that doesn't taste and smell like medicine! Besides the great scent, I am so happy it has SPF 15. The only thing that could make this product any better than it already is is a higher SPF like 30 or 45. I have been a loyal Carmex user for over 20 years and this is my favorite Carmex yet!

We used to make a mint stick with SPF 30 but it didn't sell very well. We are trying to figure out why. One thing we wondered about was the possibility that for some people can feel a bit of a burning sensation with higher amounts of the two sun screen agents that are commonly used. That said, I
agree with you that we need to develop a version of Carmex with the higher SPF level (30 or more). Our R&D chemists have this as one of their projects. When we do come out with it we want it to be an exceptional product, long lasting, not burning and decent flavor.
