Help with my cartfly order # 54316
This is in regards to order # 54316
I got an email receipt (see below), however the order history page link does not show anything. How do I know if the order went through or not even after I have completed the Paypal payment successfully online.
How do I keep track of this order?
You guys do not even have a Customer help desk number.

You can always log into Paypal to double check the funds got transferred. Sometimes I will wait till the funds are in the account before sending an order as sometimes the funds don't clear right away. -

You guys need to do a better job of informing buyers like myself in informing about the order confirmation, approximate delivery date and a shipping or tracking details as well.
That would make buyers more comfortable about using this type of service. Right now I am not feeling any assurance that this transaction has gone through successfully other than the fact that I have already given you the funds and no reassurance from the seller that everything is fine and that delivery expectations are not set. -
Inappropriate?My fault. I read your previous post wrong and deduced you were a merchant, not a buyer.
The information about tracking/shipping and order confirmation rely upon the merchant. We provide a store widget which allows merchants to advertise their store through social networks. We aren't able to track shipping, inventory, tracking, or anything relating to the responsibilities of the individual merchants though.
I would advise you to contact the merchant from who you bought the merchandise from and ask them for an update.
Again, sorry for the misunderstanding on my previous post.
