I am from Australia and it appears I can not set up Amazon account, I have Pay pal account can I connect this?

Inappropriate?I set cartfly up through NING (from Hungary) and I have a PayPal account, too. Do you think that the solution you are working on right now will enable me to run my cartlfy store via NING (being a Hingarian citizen)?
