how do I sell one of a kind products in my cartfly store
I do pottery. Most of my pieces are "one of a kind". How can I specify in my store that there is only one item of the product displayed in the store?

You would need to delete the product after you've sold it though. -

You should have a way to set a limited quantity. Because I can imagine that I am not the only one trying to sell either unique items or limited quantity items.

If someone else makes a purchase I usually try to show them other products I have available or refund them for the purchase. -

Right now I recommend adding a disclaimer to your products noting they are unique and then making sure to delete them when they sell. (as suggested).
I've been doing this ecommerce thing for a couple years now. It's a slow build for little places that sell unique things, so I wouldn't expect to have a boat load of people lining up for each of your unique items unless you have a built-in clientele. Heck, it took me half a year to get my first customer on my first ecommerce site. You should be fine until Cartfly has an inventory feature worked out. :)
