Can an individual Cartfly store have it's own return policy and terms of service listed on it's About Us page?

Inappropriate?Looking into this. We'll get back to you. For now, roll with the assumption you can augment but not contradict the terms of service layed out on our website. Any TOS specified on your About page my not be legally binding.
