Item numbers
When a customer buys an item and I recieve the cartfly invoice, how do I know which item number corresponds to which item? I have multiple items titled 'hair pins', but the photos and descriptions are different for each one. I just had a customer purchase 2 hair pins, but since the photos don't show up in the invoice I have no clue which ones she wants. How do I use the item numbers to find out which specific ones the customer ordered?

I would suggest you give your product unique titles such as "Red Flower Hair Pin." For this order, I would also suggest that you contact the seller and ask which specific products they purchased.
