Product Page Upload Error

Hello, I'd love to use your service but am having problems. I'm using vista, chrome browser, (but have also tried in IE) I go through the entire process of creating the store than get to the add product page and it will not upload the description! So I can't add products! I've enclosed a photo of the error message but it;s basically telling me to it's about my internet connection. It didn't have any trouble uploading the previous stuff, so I'm assuming my internet is not going out just for the product page. Also, the stuff I added before (except for the banner, the banner is always there.) is gone! Is it something I'm not doing right?
Let me stress that it has no problem uploading all the information before the product page; Store photo, description, name, banner, but when I get to add products, nothing. I see other people have added this topic with no answer. Not good.
