How do I automatically charge for shipping? And different for international ??

You have a couple options.
You could include shipping in the item price, or charge a flat shipping fee. To set up your flat shipping fee, log in to cartfly.com and use the Payment tab at the side of your admin interface.
As for international orders, we do not currently have a way for you to define such rates. I would suggest noting how you would charge for international shipping in your product description.
We realize this is a bit limiting and hope to offer improved inventory control, including such shipping rate options, in the future.
