Why can't I add a product option?
When I try to add a product option such as size or color I am not able to. I press save and then when I go back to the product it did not save.
This is causing me major problems today because I have had 2 customers trying to order online, but they can't specify a size.

I just tried to change an item on my Cartfly store and it worked. I am using Firefox on windows.
Also, are you saving your store after the change is made? -

In IE7
Tool>Internet Options
Under browsing history click the Delete button
Then Delete All
You can try to hit Control F5 as another option. -
Inappropriate?Didn't work! When I add a new product or edit an existing product it does not save the product option. This is a big problem right now because it's such shopping time this week and I'm having customers calling with problems.

Inappropriate?It seems as if there is only one size option I am not able to add it. Like if I only have a size small left in something then it won't let me save it.
Here is an example:
Arctic Skirt needs to have a size small option added instead of a small and a medium. I used to be able to just have one size option in the pull down menu instead of having to write the size in the description. Is this a new feature? Because it makes it confusing to customers htat are used to seeing the sizes in the drop down menu. It also makes it more difficult for me to edit when I'm down to one size in an item. I then have to edit the description instead of simply the size.

Inappropriate?I understand what you were trying to do now. Currently, we don't have the functionality for one product option because you could put the size into the title field. However, I can see why you would need this in your situation. I will bring this up with our development team and hope to have this option in a future release.
