Suggestion: Status Display on Submissions Page

I was thinking it might be cool if I could see the status of a candidate before going into the submission (and even more prominently perhaps, once inside).

Perhaps under where it says the name and position applied for, in the Submissions tab, it can list the status? As in, Contacted, Screened, etc.

Going further, once that's done, it'd make sense to have sorting and filtering options (i.e. "View Candidates By Status, View Candidates by Submission Date, View Only Screened Candidates, etc.). But yea. Might be getting ahead of myself :P

Also, since the status isn't anywhere prominent, folks on my end just aren't using the feature at all -- and it's actually quite useful, so I wish they would :P
