Rebates at cFares?
Does cFares work? Does the rebates work? Should I use them? I read about a number of people unable to get their rebates back as promised. Have they had complains against them at BBB.

Inappropriate?I would not go with them. I did receive a rebate after multiple emails requesting it, but it took them nearly 2 weeks to respond to me. I couldn't find any way to contact them by phone and it is frustrating to just send emails and hope for a response someday. I foolishly then bought another ticket with them a month ago and am still waiting for that rebate. The company is legit - at least I did get real tickets - but the rebate thing seems to be a scam.
