I want to become a Chacha guide!!!

I did all my tests but the 10 simulation questions. I have been trying for 2 days and so far not a single question has came. It says I am "Available" and it says I am fully trained. I Updated all my interests and keywords and still nothing.. can someone Please help!! TY Oh and I have emailed the technical support at Chacha and so far no replies either... no emails from chacha at all..
