Help section should not be hidden.
I think that you should try to incorporate the help section into the website. There is a lot of great info in there and its not really noticeable.. hidden in the upper right corner.

Thanks for the feedback, and this is something we are definitely working on! Our mantra here at change:healthcare is "1. Help people save money and 2. Teach them how to make better decisions".
We will be integrating the help section as a learning center throughout the entire site in the coming months.
