Inappropriate?When adding insurances, you can set up your primary and secondary carriers in the same way. However when you go to enter an EOB, there is a checkbox in Step 3 that asks if the insurance you have selected for the EOB is your primary insurance. If it is, leave the box checked. If it isn't, uncheck the box. It's that simple.
